Couples Counseling

Individual Therapy
You don’t have to be completely falling apart to be here. And if you are, you’re still in the right place. Maybe things are mostly fine on the outside. You’re showing up, handling what needs to get done. Or maybe it’s been feeling heavier than that, and you’re not sure how much longer you can keep pushing through the same way. Either way, there’s something underneath that hasn’t fully shifted yet.
That’s the work we do here. We get to what’s actually driving things, whether that’s anxiety, feeling low, the transition into motherhood, or just not quite feeling like yourself. No worksheets. No quick fixes. Just real work that creates change you can actually feel.
